Circumcision

circumcision

The removal of the human penis’s foreskin is known as male circumcision. The majority of frequent procedures involve opening the foreskin, removing adhesions, separating it from the glans, and finally cutting it off. The majority of the time, physiologic stress and pain are reduced by topical or locally administered anesthetic.

Boys are born with a hood on their skin, called the foreskin, covering the head (glans) of the penis. In Circumcision process, the foreskin is removed to expose the head of the penis. It’s a quick procedure that causes a very little bleeding and stitches aren’t needed. Elder boys can be circumcised, but the procedure is a bit more involved. After the process of circumcision, a protective bandage may be placed over the wound, which generally heals on its own within a week to 10 days. This treatment is very common but sensitive.
